This article is for clients. It explains how to cancel your own class booking online, with or without a Zenamu account, and what happens when the cancellation deadline has passed. Where Can I Find the Cancellation Policy?
Each studio sets its own cancellation policy: until when you can cancel your booking yourself (the cancellation deadline) and whether a cancellation fee applies. You'll find it on the studio's public schedule page under Terms and conditions, in the Cancellation policy section.
How to Cancel My Booking?
If You're Logged In
Open the class you booked, for example from My upcoming classes on your Overview page or from the studio's public schedule.
In the class detail, find your booking in the My bookings section.
Click the cross icon next to your booking (Cancel booking).
Read the information in the dialog and confirm with Cancel booking.
If You Booked Without an Account
Open the email confirmation for your booking.
Click on View booking. This link will take you to your booking details page.
In the My bookings section, click the cross icon next to your booking (Cancel booking) and confirm with Cancel booking.
What if the cancellation deadline has passed?
After the cancellation deadline, you won't get a refund. When you click Cancel booking, the dialog tells you what you can still do:
If you've already paid for the booking, for example by card, by bank transfer, with credits, entries or a membership, you can still cancel it, but without a refund. Please cancel anyway, so someone else can take your spot.
If your booking isn't paid yet, or the class is free, you can't cancel it online. Contact the studio; the dialog shows its contact details.
Once the class has started, you can't cancel your booking.
