This article is for clients. It explains how to book a class on a studio's or instructor's public schedule and how to pay for it. It doesn't cover booking a whole course, an event or an appointment.
Find the class you want on the studio's or instructor's public schedule.
Click on the class in the calendar to see the details.
3. Review the class details — the page shows information such as the location, pricing options, and difficulty level.
4. Click the "Book" button in the top right corner of the detail page.
5. Fill in the booking form. A booking form will appear. If you aren't logged in and the studio allows booking without an account, you'll first need to provide your first name, last name, and email address so the instructor can contact you if needed. If the studio doesn't allow booking without an account, you'll be asked to log in or create a Zenamu account first.
6. Select a payment method. After entering your contact information, select a payment method. The available options depend on what the studio or instructor has enabled. These may include:
In person: Pay at the class location.
Bank transfer: Pay via a one-time bank transfer or using the QR code displayed after your booking is confirmed.
Card
PayPal
Credits or Entries (if offered by the studio or instructor and purchased in advance). A Zenamu account is required to purchase and use credits or entries.
7. Confirm your booking. Once you've booked the class, you'll receive a confirmation email with the class details — including the price and payment instructions. The email also includes a View booking link where you can view and manage your booking.
Selected Payment Method
In person: If you've chosen to pay in person, your booking is confirmed. You'll pay the instructor directly at the class location.
Credits or Entries: The necessary amount or entry will be automatically deducted from your Zenamu account.
Bank transfer: Transfer payment directly to the studio's or instructor's bank account using the provided payment details.
Card: Pay securely with your credit or debit card right after booking.
PayPal: Pay with your PayPal account right after booking.
If you choose Card or PayPal and don't complete the payment within 60 minutes, your booking is cancelled automatically.
If you pay by bank transfer, please make sure your payment is processed before the class starts so your booking remains valid. Otherwise, the instructor may cancel your booking.
