Having trouble logging into Zenamu? This article covers the most common situations -- forgotten password, social login, and lost account access.
Forgotten password
Go to the login page at app.zenamu.com
Click Forgot password
Enter the email address your account is registered with
Check your inbox (including Spam / Junk)
Click the link in the email and set a new password
Tip: The password reset email usually arrives within a few minutes. If it doesn't, check your Spam folder or request the reset again.
Logging in with Facebook or Google
If you originally registered through Facebook or Google, use the same method to log in:
On the login page, click Log in with Facebook or Log in with Google
Make sure you're using the same account (email) you used when you registered
Switching from Facebook/Google login to a password
If you registered through a social network and want to set up a regular password:
On the login page, click Forgot password
Enter the email linked to your Facebook/Google account
Set a new password -- from now on you can log in either way
Lost account access
If you can't log in at all (forgot your email, lost access to your inbox, etc.):
Contact us through the form at https://zenamu.com/en/contact/
Include as much information about your account as possible (name, studio name, approximate email)
We'll help you verify your identity and restore access
