Mailchimp is one of the most popular online marketing tools for creating and sending email campaigns. You can prepare newsletters using attractive pre-designed templates and even add basic surveys. It's easy to use, and the basic version is free.

To integrate Mailchimp with your Zenamu account, you need to have an existing Mailchimp account or create one.

Once you have your Mailchimp account, follow these steps to connect it to Zenamu:

You will be redirected to Mailchimp's website. Enter your Mailchimp account credentials and click the Log In button.

After logging in, click the Allow button on the authorization page to grant Zenamu access to your Mailchimp account.

You'll be redirected back to Zenamu. Here, select the Mailchimp list (Audience) where your client contacts will be uploaded. Contacts will be automatically synchronized with this list, so every time a new client appears in Zenamu (typically after booking a class, or when you add them manually), they'll also be added to Mailchimp.

All clients who have the "Send newsletters" option enabled next to their name will be uploaded to Mailchimp. Clients without newsletter consent are uploaded too, but their email is marked as "unsubscribed".

If someone unsubscribes from your newsletter (by choosing "unsubscribe" in an email you sent through Mailchimp), this change will be reflected in Zenamu as well.

Sometimes a client who previously unsubscribed may want to receive newsletters again. In that case, find the client in Zenamu and re-enable the "Send newsletters" option next to their name. Their email in Mailchimp will then be marked as "subscribed" again.

If you ever want to change the Mailchimp list, click the Disconnect Mailchimp List button and redo the integration process from the beginning.
