Connect Zenamu to Ecomail

With our booking system, you can easily send bulk email messages to clients who are signed up for any of your classes, courses, or workshops. If you want to reach all your clients at once -- for example, to share exciting news or invite them to a newly announced course with a creative newsletter -- you can integrate Zenamu with email marketing services like Ecomail.

What is Ecomail?

Ecomail is an email marketing tool for managing campaigns and automating communication. It includes email templates, automation workflows, and contact segmentation.

What to Do First

To connect Zenamu with Ecomail, follow these steps:

  1. Create an Ecomail Account: If you don’t have an Ecomail account, sign up here.

  2. Generate an API Key: In your Ecomail admin panel, go to Account Settings > API Key to generate the API key required for the integration.

  3. Set Up Integration in Zenamu:

  • In the Zenamu admin panel, navigate to Client List.

  • Click on Integrations with Email Marketing Tools above the client table.

  • In the Ecomail cell, click the Set-Up button.

  1. Authenticate and Authorize:

  • Enter your Ecomail API Key and any required credentials.

  • Click Save to complete the integration.

What Client Data is Passed to Ecomail?

  • First name and last name

  • Email

  • Phone number (if available)

  • Birthday (if available)
