How to Manage a Client Without a Zenamu Account

You can manage clients who aren't registered in Zenamu—even those without an email address.
Go to the Clients tab and click Add a new client.

Fill in the name and confirm that the client agrees to the processing of personal data.

Once added, you can fully manage the client from the admin panel -- including adding passes, booking them into classes, and canceling bookings.

To assign a pass, you’ll need to unlock the form and check the "I know what I’m doing" confirmation box. Keep in mind that this client won’t be able to book on their own -- all bookings will go through you until they take over the account.

How can a client take over their account?
Add the email address the client used to create their Zenamu account, and the accounts will be linked automatically.
