How Do I View Waitlist Participants for a Past Session?

How do I view waitlist participants for a past class -- people who signed up to be notified when a spot became available when capacity was full?

Waitlist participants who didn't get a spot are automatically processed after the class starts:

  • Credits and entries — the hold is cancelled and the amount is returned to the client's account.

  • Card (Stripe) and PayPal — the payment is automatically refunded and the order is cancelled.

  • Memberships — processed automatically with no further action needed.

In the class detail, the status is shown as "waitlist cancelled":
