This article explains the Share event section, which gives you the public link to one class, course or event so you can send it to clients. Sharing a link doesn't add the event to another studio's schedule; that's studio collaboration, see Studio collaboration: sharing events into a hosting studio's schedule and what clients see.
How do I share a class, course or event?
In the event detail under the Share event section, you'll find both the option to copy the public link (copy icon, see arrow) and buttons for direct sharing. The section is in the detail of every class, course and event:
Copy icon — copies the public link.
QR code icon — shows the QR code with a Download link.
Email, Facebook and WhatsApp icons — share the link directly.
On Facebook, the link preview shows the image of the class, course or event. If it has no image, your studio logo is shown instead (the Logo in Settings › Schedule page):
QR code — ideal for printing on your leaflets. Click the QR code icon and then Download:
