If your booking schedule has stopped showing on your website or the plugin isn't working correctly, go through the following steps.
1. Check the current plugin code
Zenamu occasionally updates its plugins (HTML embed codes). After an update, you may need to re-insert the current code on your website.
Go to Settings > Public Schedule.
In the Embed Your Schedule on Your Website section, copy the current HTML code.
Replace the old code on your website with the new one.
Tip: You can also find the current code in the Plugins section in settings, where you can choose a specific plugin type (class schedule, course list, events, etc.).
2. Clear your browser cache
Your browser may be showing an older cached version of the page. Try a hard refresh:
Windows/Linux: Ctrl + Shift + R
Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
Alternatively, open the page in a private (incognito) browser window.
3. Check your website platform settings
Some website platforms may block external scripts:
Wix — make sure you're inserting the code into an HTML element (Custom Embed) and that the page doesn't have advanced security restrictions enabled.
Squarespace — check that custom code injection is enabled (Code Injection).
WordPress — verify that your security plugin isn't blocking scripts from the zenamu.com domain.
Webnode — follow the instructions in the article about embedding the schedule on Webnode.
4. Make sure you have published sessions
The plugin only displays published sessions. If all your sessions are in Draft status or you haven't scheduled any upcoming sessions, the schedule will appear empty.
Also check that your sessions are not set to private (not publicly visible).
5. Check your public schedule link
Make sure your public schedule works correctly. You can find the link in Settings > Public Schedule > Public Schedule Link. If the schedule displays correctly at that address but not on your website, the issue is with the embed code.
6. Temporary outage
If none of the steps above help, it may be a temporary issue on Zenamu's side that we're already aware of and working to fix. Thank you for your patience.
Tip: After inserting a new embed code, always verify the plugin works by opening your page in a private/incognito browser window.
