Find the class you want on the studio's or instructor's public schedule.
Click on the class in the calendar to see the details.
3. Review the class details — the page shows information such as the location, pricing options, and difficulty level.
4. Click the "Book" button in the top right corner of the detail page.
5. Fill in the booking form. A booking form will appear. If you don't have a Zenamu account or aren't logged in, you'll first need to provide your first name, last name, and email address so the instructor can contact you if needed.
6. Select a payment method. After entering your contact information, select a payment method. The available options depend on what the studio or instructor has enabled. These may include:
Bank Transfer: Pay via a one-time bank transfer or using the QR code displayed after your booking is confirmed.
Online Card Payment
Credits or Entries (if offered by the studio or instructor and purchased in advance). A Zenamu account is required to purchase and use credits or entries.
7. Confirm your booking. Once you've booked the class, you'll receive a confirmation email with the class details — including the price and payment instructions. The email also includes a link where you can view and manage your booking.
Selected Payment Method
Pay in Person: If you've chosen to pay in person, your booking is confirmed. You'll pay the instructor directly at the class location.
Credits or Entries: The necessary amount or entry will be automatically deducted from your Zenamu account.
Bank Transfer: Transfer payment directly to the studio's or instructor's bank account using the provided payment details.
Online Card Payment: Pay securely with your credit or debit card.
Please make sure your payment is processed before the class starts so your booking remains valid. Otherwise, the instructor may cancel your booking.
