How to Add Credits, Entry Passes, or Make-Up Sessions to Your Clients

Add from the admin side

This article explains how you, the studio, add credits, entries or a make-up session to one client from the admin, for example as a gift or as compensation. It isn't about clients buying passes themselves, and it isn't about memberships.

To give a client a membership instead, also for free, use Add membership in the client's detail and tick Use custom price. This works for one-time memberships (Expert, Ultimate and the trial); a recurring membership can only be bought by the client with their own card.

How do I add credits, entries or a make-up session to a client?

You manage everything from the client's detail page: go to Clients, open the client, and click the + icon in the section you need.

  • Credits: in the Credits section, click + (Top up). Choose one of your credit packs, or tick Add custom number of credits and enter the Number of credits and the price. If the client has no credits yet, also set Validity from date added. Click Confirm.

  • Entries: in the Entries section, click + (Add pass). Choose one of your passes, or tick Add custom number of entries and enter the Number of entries and the price. If you have several pass categories, choose the Pass group. Click Confirm.

  • Make-up sessions: in the Make-ups section, click +, set how many days the make-up is valid (Usage validity) and click Confirm. This adds 1 make-up session. The client needs their own Zenamu account to use it.

To remove credits or entries, use Decrease in the same section.

Is there a way to manually add credits to clients' accounts without them having to pay or with some discount?

Yes, you can set a custom price when adding credits or entries. Tick Add custom number of credits (or Add custom number of entries), enter the number, and type the price you want in the price field. Enter 0 to give them for free. A custom number of credits or entries is added straight away, and the order is recorded as paid at the price you entered.
