Entry passes: you can enable on-site payment
Clients can now buy an entry pass with on-site payment directly in the booking system. The option is off by default — to offer it, enable it under Settings → Credits & Passes → Entry system, in the collapsible Allowed payment methods section.
In that section you choose which of your enabled payment methods customers can use when purchasing entry passes. You are not creating new payment methods there — those are set up in your payment settings.
How on-site payment works:
The client orders an entry pass in the booking system and chooses on-site payment.
A pending order is created — no entries are added yet. The client receives an email asking them to pay at your studio.
Once the client pays, you mark the order as paid in the admin (just like with bank transfers) and the entries are added to their account immediately.
Until the order is paid, the entries cannot be used. An unpaid order also blocks creating another order for the same pass, so duplicates don’t pile up.
Credits: on-site payment is not supported
For credits, on-site payment remains unavailable. This is intentional — credits only become usable after the payment is successfully completed, and allowing on-site payment in the booking flow would lead to a build-up of unpaid orders.
If a client comes to your studio and wants to purchase credits in person, you can easily add them manually from the client administration — see How to Add Credits, Entry Passes, or Make-Up Sessions to Your Clients. You can keep using the same approach for entry passes if you prefer not to enable on-site payment.
For first-time offers (e.g. a free or discounted first class), we recommend using a discount code. Discount codes can be limited to one use per client and provide a clean, controlled way to offer special pricing. To set this up, see How to Set Up "First Class Is Free".
