A discount code can be either a fixed-amount discount or a percentage discount. Each client can use the same code only once.
You can create and manage discount codes in Marketing & Promo > Discount codes.
Key settings
When creating a discount code, you can configure:
Code type — fixed amount or percentage.
Validity period — set a start and end date so the code only works during your promotion.
Valid for — choose which products the code applies to: classes, courses, events, passes, memberships, or appointments.
Important: Discount codes and gift vouchers cannot be combined. If a client uses a voucher to pay, the discount code will not be applied — the voucher always takes priority.
Before you launch a promotion
Test the code on a sample order to make sure the discount is applied correctly.
Verify that the code does not apply to products you did not intend to include.
Clearly communicate the promotion terms to your clients — which products are included and how long the code is valid.

Why does the code only work for some clients?
Each client can use the same code only once. If a client has already used it, they will see an error. Also check that the code is still within its validity period and that the client is ordering a product the code is valid for.
A client is trying to use a discount code but has a voucher — what happens?
Discount codes and vouchers cannot be used together. The voucher takes priority. If the client wants to use the discount code instead, they need to remove the voucher from the payment first.
