Gift vouchers allow your clients to purchase a prepaid credit that can be given as a gift or used for their own bookings. You can create and manage vouchers in Settings > Marketing & Promo > Gift vouchers.
How a voucher works — from purchase to use
You create a voucher offer in Settings (name, value, validity).
A client buys the voucher and receives a unique code after payment.
The recipient redeems the code in their account — or you can assign it from the admin panel.
The voucher appears as a payment option in the booking form. If the booking costs less than the voucher value, only a portion is used and the remaining balance stays available.
The voucher is fully used or expires.
Expiration and extending validity
Each voucher has an expiration date. Vouchers that are about to expire are marked as Expiring soon in the overview. If a voucher has expired, the client can no longer use it.
You can extend the validity of a voucher from the admin panel if needed — for example, when a client couldn't use it in time due to illness or other circumstances.
Tip: When an order paid with a voucher is cancelled, the amount is returned to the voucher for reuse. If less than 2 weeks of validity remain, the voucher's expiration is automatically extended.
Common support questions
Client can't find their voucher code — the code is shown after payment in Menu > My Vouchers. It's also sent by e-mail.
Voucher is redeemed but doesn't appear as a payment option — the client must be logged in to the same account where they redeemed the code.
Voucher has expired — you can extend the validity from the admin panel if you decide to allow it.
