How to buy, redeem and use voucher

Updated today

A gift voucher is a prepaid credit that works as a payment method. The buyer purchases a voucher with a specific value, and the recipient can then use it to pay for bookings. If the booking costs less than the voucher value, only a portion is used and the remaining balance stays available for later.

How to buy a voucher

You can find your purchased vouchers and their payment status in Menu → My Vouchers.

After payment is confirmed, you'll receive a voucher code:

You can generate a printable version of your voucher. Click on 'Download,' then click on the print icon to print it directly or save it as a PDF.

How to redeem a voucher code

If you don't have an account with the studio, you'll need to create one first.

Enter your code in the Gift vouchers section:

The redeemed voucher will appear in your vouchers.

How to use a voucher

You need to be logged in to use a voucher. In the booking form, click on your voucher code to apply it — the corresponding amount will be deducted. If the price is lower than the voucher's value, only a portion will be used, and the remaining balance can be used later. You can check the remaining balance in the voucher details.

Important: Discount codes and vouchers cannot be combined. If you apply a voucher, the discount code will not be used — the voucher always takes priority.

Gift voucher vs discount code

Both are entered as a code during booking, but they work differently:

  • Gift voucher — a prepaid credit. The buyer pays upfront, and the recipient uses it as a payment method. Ideal for gifts or prepaid balances that can be used gradually.

  • Discount code — a marketing discount applied to the order total. Useful for seasonal promotions, onboarding offers, or campaign-specific discounts.

If you are a studio owner looking to create discount codes, see How to Create a Promo Code.
