Want to know when someone purchases your gift voucher? There are several ways to stay informed about new voucher orders.
Current notification options
Zenamu sends the administrator an email notification about new orders — including pass and membership orders. You can enable this notification in Settings > Notifications > Email Notifications to Instructors for the Pass Order and Membership Order items.
How to find out about voucher orders
1. Manage Orders
Regularly check the Manage Orders section in the admin panel. Using filters, you can display only gift voucher orders.
2. Notifications via Stripe
If you accept payments through Stripe, you can enable notifications directly in the Stripe Dashboard:
Go to Stripe Dashboard.
Open Settings > Notifications.
Enable Successful payments.
You will then receive an email about every new payment, including payments for vouchers.
3. Notifications via PayPal
If you accept payments through PayPal, PayPal sends payment notifications to your registered email by default.
Managing gift vouchers
You can find an overview of all sold vouchers in Settings > Discount Codes and Gift Vouchers > Gift Vouchers. Here you can see:
Purchased vouchers (Purchased tab)
Claimed vouchers (Claimed tab)
Remaining value of each voucher
Voucher status (awaiting claim / claimed by recipient / fully used)
Tip: You can extend the voucher validity at any time by clicking Extend Validity in the voucher detail.
