Gift vouchers in Zenamu have a preset design. Below you'll find an overview of what you can customize.
What the gift voucher looks like
Zenamu automatically generates a gift voucher that includes:
Voucher name
Voucher value
Unique redemption code
Studio information (name)
Redemption instructions
Customization options
Branding (logo and colors)
The voucher design adapts to your branding settings. Set up:
Logo — go to Settings > Public Schedule and upload your logo.
Color scheme — in Settings > Public Schedule, choose a color scheme that matches your brand.
These elements will appear on the voucher and across your entire public schedule page.
Voucher name and value
When creating a voucher in Settings > Discount Codes and Gift Vouchers > Gift Vouchers, you set:
Name — for example, "Yoga Gift Voucher" or "Relaxation Package"
Value — the amount that can be used toward classes, courses, or workshops
What cannot be customized
Detailed graphic customization of the voucher design (layout, fonts, custom background images) is currently not available. The voucher has a unified design for all studios — only the logo and colors are customized.
Alternative: custom voucher design
If you need a fully custom voucher design:
Create your own PDF voucher template in your graphic design tool.
Sell the vouchers outside Zenamu (on your website, in person, etc.).
Track redemptions in Zenamu — the client enters the voucher code when paying for a booking.
Tip: Even when selling vouchers outside Zenamu, you can use the discount code system. Create a discount code matching the voucher value in Settings > Discount Codes and Gift Vouchers > Discount Codes. The client can then enter it when booking.
