How to Add Entries to a Client from the Admin Panel

How to add or remove any number of entries at any price or for free

You can add entries to one client, or remove them, from the client's profile, for example as a gift, as compensation, or when the client pays for a pass at your studio. This article is about entries (entry passes). For credits and make-up sessions, see How to Add Credits, Entry Passes, or Make-Up Sessions to Your Clients. Adding and removing entries isn't available on the free Getting Started plan.

How do I add entries to a client?

  1. Go to Clients and open the client.

  2. In the Entries section, click + (Add pass).

  3. Choose one of your passes, or tick Add custom number of entries and enter the Number of entries and the price (0 adds them for free). If you have several pass categories, choose the Pass group. If the client has no valid entries in that group, also set Validity from date added.

  4. Choose the Payment method, and tick Mark as paid if the client has already paid. A custom number of entries is always added straight away and marked as paid. Entries from one of your passes that isn't marked as paid are added when you mark the order as paid.

  5. Click Confirm.

How do I remove entries from a client?

In the Entries section, click ⋯ next to the balance and choose Decrease. Set how many entries the client should have left, add a Note if you want, and click Decrease.

Tip: Clients can now also buy an entry pass with on-site payment themselves in the booking system — you then just mark the order as paid. See Paying on site for entry passes and credits to enable it.
