When creating a class or course, you can easily set that itâs intended for children.
This option can be found under âAdvanced booking settingsâ when creating or editing a session.
âOnce enabled, the system automatically marks the session with the âChildrenâ label.
Clients who have their own Zenamu account (with their own login email and password) can then, during booking, choose whether they are reserving a spot for themselves or for a specific child.
If the child isnât yet saved in their account, they can add them easily during the booking â the system will automatically link the child to the clientâs account as their legal guardian.
âUnregistered users donât have this option and will only see a simple booking form asking for basic details such as name, surname, and email address.
Bookings made in a childâs name will appear in all related orders and payment documents.
â
Each order and document displays the childâs name (including date of birth) along with the name of the legal guardian â your client.
If you start offering childrenâs classes, youâll be able to search not only by adult names but also by childrenâs names in your client and order lists.
â
Children linked to your clients are also visible in the client overview table and in each clientâs detail view.
