Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel) is a small piece of code that tracks how visitors interact with your public booking page and the products you offer—classes, courses, workshops, passes, memberships, and more.
When combined with Facebook and Instagram’s analytics and advertising tools, it gives you powerful insights: how effective your campaigns are, what impact your clients’ actions have, and how to target your ads so they reach the right audience.
⚠️ Important: You’ll need to create your Meta Pixel yourself in Meta Business Manager. Our support team can’t assist with this setup. Once you’ve created your Pixel and added the Pixel ID to Zenamu, the system will automatically start sending all the relevant data for you.
👉 All tracking takes place on your public booking page:

Which events are tracked?
PageView – every visit to your booking pages
ViewContent – when someone views a specific product (class, course, workshop, membership, etc.)
InitiateCheckout – when a visitor opens the booking or checkout form
Purchase – when a booking or purchase is successfully completed (e.g., class reservation, pass or membership purchase)
Each event includes detailed information: product name and ID, category, price, currency, and quantity.
If a product (class, course, workshop, etc.) has a price set in your local currency, that real value is passed along in the event. If the product is priced in “virtual currency” (such as credits or passes), or the reservation was made using passes, credits, or membership, the event will show the value as 0.
How you can use this
Build audiences for retargeting (site visitors, people who started checkout but didn’t finish, past buyers, or high-value customers)
Remind clients who began booking but never completed it
Target ads by product category (only courses, only classes, etc.)
Gain insights into your existing customers and create lookalike audiences
Run dynamic ads – if you set up a product catalog in Meta and link it with your product IDs, people will see the exact offers they viewed
How to connect Zenamu with Meta Pixel
In the Zenamu admin dashboard, go to Settings.
Select Marketing & Promo.
Find the Meta Pixel section.
Paste your Pixel ID from Meta Business Manager into the text field.
Click Save.
That’s it ✅ From now on, Zenamu will automatically send events to your Meta account.
ℹ️ Note: For conversions from your ads to be tracked correctly, your ads must link directly to your Zenamu booking page (https://app.zenamu.com/your-account-name
).
If you send visitors to your own website instead, conversions can’t be tracked automatically — because the tracking codes run only on your Zenamu booking page.
