If you reach the order limit of your current plan, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time by simply paying the prorated difference. This ensures uninterrupted access to all Zenamu features without any limitations.
To upgrade, go to the Subscription Management section and click Upgrade subscription to a higher plan.
Your new plan will take effect immediately.
No need to worry about being charged twice — you'll only pay the difference for the remaining time in your current billing cycle.

How the upgrade amount is calculated
The system calculates how many days remain in your current billing period and determines a credit for those unused days.
It subtracts this credit from the full price of the new plan.
You pay the resulting amount immediately.
A new billing period (month or year, depending on the plan) starts from that moment.
You'll see the exact amount to pay on the confirmation screen before completing the upgrade.
Example
Current plan: Professional at 16 EUR/month
Billing period: March 1 – March 31 (31 days)
It's March 21 and 10 days remain in the current period. Credit for unused days: 16 / 31 × 10 = 5.16 EUR.
Upgrading to Expert at 32 EUR/month:
Full price of the new plan: 32 EUR
Credit for unused days: −5.16 EUR
Amount to pay: 26.84 EUR
From March 21, a new billing period on the Expert plan begins. The next payment of 32 EUR will be charged on April 21.
Upgrading on the renewal day
If you upgrade on the same day your current period ends, no credit is generated and you pay the full price of the new plan.
