Which Plan Is Right for You?

Zenamu plans differ in two ways: the features they unlock and the monthly order limit. The full, always-up-to-date comparison — with current prices, every feature, and the exact order limit per plan — lives on our website.

The four plans at a glance

Zenamu currently offers four plans (from lowest to highest):

  • Free — for getting started or for very small studios. Includes the basics: public schedule, online booking, payment via card, basic email notifications. Limited monthly order volume.

  • Standard — for solo instructors and small studios that want a reliable core booking system. Adds credit packs and entry passes, courses and workshops, statistics, and customer support. Higher order limit than Free.

  • Expert — for studios that want to cover the full client lifecycle and grow. Everything in Standard plus memberships, liability waivers, invoices, waitlist, discount codes and gift vouchers, integrations with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Ecomail, …), marketing pixels (GA4 / Meta), higher course limit, and a higher monthly order limit. This is the plan most active studios pick.

  • Ultimate — for studios that need full white-label and automation. Everything in Expert plus your own brand colour, hidden Zenamu logo on the embedded calendar and plugins, automatic bank-transfer payment matching, API access, collaboration features and unlimited monthly orders.

Do you see a "Professional" plan in your account? Professional is the previous version of the plan that has been replaced by Standard in our updated lineup. If you have it active, you're on the original subscription and all features and parameters you had stay the same — including more advanced features like waitlist, discount codes, gift vouchers, email marketing integrations and a higher course limit. These features are part of the Expert plan in the new lineup; as an existing customer you continue to have them as part of your Professional subscription. You can stay on it under the original terms until you cancel or upgrade to a higher plan. You can see the current parameters in the app under Manage Subscription.

FAQ

What's the difference between Standard and Expert?

Standard focuses on the core booking system — schedule, online booking, credit packs and entry passes, courses and workshops, statistics. Expert adds marketing and growth tools that bigger studios or those running memberships will appreciate:

  • Memberships — recurring subscriptions for your clients

  • Liability waivers and invoices

  • Waitlist — clients automatically queue when a class is full

  • Discount codes and gift vouchers

  • Email marketing integrations (Mailchimp, Ecomail, SmartEmailing, MailerLite)

  • Marketing pixels (GA4, Meta) for conversion tracking

  • Higher monthly order limit and higher course limit

If you need any of these features, choose Expert. If you just need a solid booking core, Standard is the right choice. For exact prices and order limits, see zenamu.com/pricing.

What's the difference between Expert and Ultimate?

Ultimate adds full white-label branding (your own colour, hidden Zenamu logo on the embedded calendar and plugins), automatic bank-transfer payment matching, API access and unlimited monthly orders. See the full comparison at zenamu.com/pricing.

What exactly can I do on the Standard plan?

Standard includes everything in Free plus credit packs and entry passes, courses and workshops, make-up sessions, statistics and customer support. The exact order limit and the complete list of features for each plan is always up to date on zenamu.com/pricing — please check there for the most current details.

I see a "Professional" plan in my account — what does that mean?

Professional is the previous version of the plan that has been replaced by Standard in our updated lineup. As an existing Professional customer, you're in a favourable position — all features and parameters you signed up with stay the same, including:

  • A higher course limit than today's Standard,

  • Waitlist,

  • Discount codes and gift vouchers,

  • Email marketing integrations (Mailchimp, Ecomail, SmartEmailing, MailerLite).

These more advanced features are part of the Expert plan in today's lineup, but you continue to have them as part of your Professional subscription. You can stay on it under the original terms until you cancel or upgrade to a higher plan (Expert or Ultimate).

Heads up — leaving Professional is a one-way move

Why does it work like this? We've rearranged our plans so each one matches a different stage and size of studio — today's Standard focuses on the solid core of the booking system, while Expert adds marketing and growth tools for studios that go deeper into client management. We didn't want to disrupt existing Professional customers, so they stay on their original subscription with all the features they signed up for.

Practical implication: once you leave Professional (by upgrading to Expert/Ultimate or cancelling your subscription), you can't switch back to it. If you later want to return to a plan of comparable tier, you'll get today's Standard (typically via the Expert → Standard path) — but this no longer includes the more advanced features you had in Professional (waitlist, discount codes, gift vouchers, email marketing integrations) and has a lower course limit. These features now belong to Expert.

If they matter to you, it makes sense to stay on Professional, or to choose Expert directly when switching. If a solid booking core is all you need, moving to Standard is fine — just make the choice knowingly, since it's one-way.

You can see the current parameters of your subscription (order limit, billing period, price) in the app under Manage Subscription.

Where do I see the order limit for my current plan?

Your monthly order limit is shown on zenamu.com/pricing next to each plan, and inside the app under Manage Subscription. If you ever exceed it, see What Happens if I Exceed the Order Limit of My Plan?

Heads up: the descriptions above are a high-level summary. Plans, prices and feature lists can change — for the current, definitive comparison always go to zenamu.com/pricing.
