What Happens if I Exceed the Order Limit of My Plan?

  • The system will notify you when you reach your order limit.

  • Nothing will disappear from your calendar -- courses, classes, and workshops all stay -- but you won't be able to create new orders for them.

  • You can still create courses and workshops beyond the limit, but they won't be displayed in the public schedule.

What it looks like in practice

When you've hit the order limit, the symptoms can look like a bug at first — but they're caused by the limit. You or your clients may see one of the following:

  • A workshop or event that seems to disappear from the public schedule, even though the capacity is far from full.

  • A class where the public booking shows "No further bookings allowed" (in the client's language).

  • Clients cannot complete a booking using a pass, membership, or card — they get an error or no payment option appears.

  • A new course or workshop you just created is not visible on your public profile or schedule plugin.

How to verify: Open Settings > Subscription (or your billing overview). If your monthly order count is at or above the limit of your plan, this is the cause. To restore booking and visibility, upgrade your plan; the limit resets at the start of the next billing period.

Course limits

In addition to the order limit, some plans also have a limit on the number of active courses you can have at the same time. If you've reached this limit, you won't be able to create a new course until an existing one ends or you upgrade to a higher plan.

Tip: If you see a message that you've reached the course limit but some of your courses have already finished, check if they are still marked as active. Completing or archiving finished courses will free up slots for new ones.
