This article is about your studio's own Zenamu plan when the 14-day trial ends without a subscription. It isn't about memberships or passes your clients buy from you.
If you don't buy a subscription before the trial ends, the system will automatically switch to the free Getting Started plan, which is limited to 30 orders per month.
Courses and events aren't supported on the Getting Started plan. The ones you've listed won't disappear, but your clients won't see them in the public schedule and can't book them.
Once you reach the 30-order limit, no additional orders can be created until the monthly counter resets.
You can't add more instructors on the Getting Started plan. The Instructors and collaborations page stays in Settings.
Issue payment receipts is switched off, and connected newsletter tools (Mailchimp, MailerLite, Ecomail, SmartEmailing) are switched off.
Recurring memberships your clients have with your studio are paused.
