This article is about moving your studio's own Zenamu plan to the free Getting Started plan. It isn't about memberships your clients pay for.
How do I switch to the free Getting Started plan?
There's no separate "switch to free" option. You move to the free plan by cancelling your paid subscription:
Open the Plan page. On a computer, click the Plan button in the top bar next to your profile menu. On a phone, open the main menu and tap Plan.
Click Cancel subscription.
Confirm with Yes, cancel my subscription.
Your current subscription will remain active until the end of your prepaid billing period and will not renew (no further payment will be taken). The payment for the current period isn't refunded.
After that, the system will automatically switch to the free plan.
What changes on the free Getting Started plan?
Your clients can place up to 30 orders per month.
You can schedule single classes only. Courses, events and repeating classes aren't available.
Passes, credits and memberships aren't available.
You can't add more instructors, and statistics are limited.
Zenamu charges a 3% platform fee on online payments.
Your data, clients and existing bookings stay.
