We also chose Stripe because setting up an account is one of the simplest processes -- no emails, phone calls, or lengthy verification required. KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements only come into play once you reach a certain turnover, and even then, scanning an ID or similar document is sufficient (and from our experience, the verification process is very fast).
Zenamu also supports PayPal as an additional payment option, and bank transfers with automatic payment matching.
