How to set up cancellation policies for courses and how the make-up system works
Go to Settings > Session Bookings > Cancellations > switch to the "Courses" tab > check "Allow cancellation with make-up session".
How can a client use a make-up session from a course?
The client must have an account in the booking system
For your clients to use the make-up system, they must have their own account in the booking system. Without it, the system cannot manage make-ups, display balances and expiry dates.
The client logs into their account and clicks "Cancel" (trash icon) on the right under "My Bookings" for the session they want to cancel.
After confirming the cancellation, the main page will display information that the client is entitled to a make-up session, and they will also receive an informational email.
The client can then use the make-up session for any of your sessions by clicking Book > and selecting "Create booking using make-up session".
