🧒 Children’s Classes and Child Bookings

Updated today

When creating a class or course, you can easily set that it’s intended for children.
This option can be found under “Advanced booking settings” when creating or editing a session.

Once enabled, the system automatically marks the session with the “Children” label.

Clients who have their own Zenamu account (with their own login email and password) can then, during booking, choose whether they are reserving a spot for themselves or for a specific child.

If the child isn’t yet saved in their account, they can add them easily during the booking – the system will automatically link the child to the client’s account as their legal guardian.

Unregistered users don’t have this option and will only see a simple booking form asking for basic details such as name, surname, and email address.

Bookings made in a child’s name will appear in all related orders and payment documents.

Each order and document displays the child’s name (including date of birth) along with the name of the legal guardian – your client.

If you start offering children’s classes, you’ll be able to search not only by adult names but also by children’s names in your client and order lists.

Children linked to your clients are also visible in the client overview table and in each client’s detail view.
