When a client purchases a new entry pass (or credit), any previously unused entries are automatically reactivated and prolonged.
This setup is intentional, as it helps encourage clients to renew their passes even after expiration.
We do understand, though, that some studios may prefer expired entries to remain inactive. We already plan to add this as a configurable option in the future.
However, for now there is a workaround - you can manually remove entries from your client's detail:
