At the moment, Zenamu does not support automatic recurring payments or automatic renewal of client payments.
Before a membership expires, the system automatically sends an email notification to the client reminding them to prolong their membership, so they can renew it in time.
This approach gives studios full control over payments while still helping clients stay informed and avoid accidental expiration.
Automatic monthly charging is not currently available, but we continuously collect feedback and evaluate improvements.
