Page refresh prompt, app not working

If you see a prompt to refresh the page or a blank screen after a Zenamu update, it's most likely caused by your browser cache. Here's how to fix it.

Quick fix

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) — this forces a page reload without cache.

  2. If that doesn't help, open Zenamu in a private/incognito window (Ctrl + Shift + N in Chrome).

If the problem persists

  1. Open Browser Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear Browsing Data.

  2. Check Cached images and files.

  3. Click Clear data.

  4. Reopen app.zenamu.com.
