The order shows an "awaiting refund" status, but you've already sent the money back to the client.
Solution
Open the order detail.
Verify that the refund was actually processed outside of Zenamu (via your bank or in cash).
Click Confirm refund.
The status will change to refunded or partially refunded.
Why this happens
Sending money from your bank doesn't automatically update the order status in Zenamu. You also need to confirm the refund in the admin panel.
