If you need to change the card you use to pay for your Zenamu subscription, you have two options — depending on how you currently pay.
Changing your card in Zenamu
If you pay by card via Stripe, you can change it directly in Zenamu:
Go to Manage Subscription (in the side menu).
In the Subscription Payment Method section, click Change Payment Method.
Enter your new card details.
Confirm the change.
The change will take effect with your next payment. You will receive an email notification before the payment is processed.
Tip: In the Subscription Payment Method section, you can also see your current card — the last 4 digits and the expiration date.
Your card expired and the payment failed
If your card has expired and the subscription payment didn't go through, don't worry. The system will automatically retry the payment. Your account will remain active during this time.
What to do:
Go to Manage Subscription.
Change the payment method to a new card (see above).
If needed, contact our support — we'll help you with the update.
Important: Changing your payment method will take effect with the next payment, not the current one.
