Zenamu offers both monthly and annual subscriptions. With an annual subscription, you get one month free. You can switch between the two at any time.
Switching from monthly to annual
Go to Manage Subscription.
Click Upgrade Subscription.
Select the desired annual plan and confirm.
The unused days from your current monthly subscription will be automatically credited towards the annual price. You'll see the exact amount to pay on the confirmation screen.
Switching from annual to monthly
Go to Manage Subscription.
Click Downgrade Subscription.
Select the desired monthly plan.
The switch from annual to monthly takes effect at the start of your next billing period. Your current annual plan remains active until then.
What if I accidentally chose the wrong subscription type?
If you accidentally selected the wrong subscription type (e.g., annual instead of monthly), contact our support as soon as possible. We'll make the change for you and adjust the billing accordingly.
Important: When switching from monthly to annual, a new billing period starts. The unused days from your current monthly plan are credited towards the new annual plan.
How do I check which subscription type I have?
In the Manage Subscription section, you can see:
Your current plan name
Subscription type (monthly / annual)
Expiration date of the current period
Start date of the next billing period
