Zenamu supports automatic class cancellation when the minimum capacity is not met — available on the Expert plan and higher. You can enable it globally in Settings > Bookings and rules, or fine-tune it per class in its Advanced booking settings. See the full guide: Automatic cancellation for low occupancy.
Prefer to keep cancellations manual?
If you would rather decide about each class yourself, leave automatic cancellation off and handle it manually:
1. Monitor registrations in the calendar
In the calendar, you can see the current number of registered participants next to each class. Click on a class to open its detail with the full list of participants.
2. Cancel the class manually
If the class doesn't fill up, cancel it from the class detail by clicking Cancel this class. When cancelling, you can:
Add a message for participants, which will be included in the cancellation email.
Registered clients will automatically receive a cancellation notification (if email notifications are enabled).
Payments made by card, PayPal, pass, or membership will be automatically refunded.
3. Notify clients with a bulk message
Before cancelling, you can send a message to all registered participants directly from the class detail by clicking Send Bulk Message. This way, you can let them know about the situation before the class is cancelled.
