Some instructors want to list workshops or courses in Zenamu for information purposes only — without online booking. Clients then register through other channels (email, phone, etc.).
Open classes and courses
For open classes and courses, you can directly disable online booking:
When creating or editing a class/course, expand the Advanced Booking Settings section.
Check Do Not Allow Clients to Book This Class.
The class will be visible in your schedule, but no one will be able to book it.
You can also set the class as private — in that case, it won't be publicly visible in the schedule and only you can book clients from the admin panel.
Events and workshops
For events and workshops, disabling booking works similarly:
When creating or editing a workshop, check Do Not Display Publicly.
The workshop won't be publicly visible in the schedule. You can book clients only from the admin panel.
Alternative solution
If you want the event to be publicly visible in the schedule but without online booking:
Instead of a workshop, create a one-time class and check Do Not Allow Clients to Book This Class.
In the class description, include information about where and how clients should register (email, phone, another form, etc.).
Tip: If you want to display the event only to certain clients, create it as private. You can manually book clients for a private session from the admin panel — just click Add Participant in the class detail.
