This article is about moving your studio's own Zenamu plan to a lower plan. It isn't about changing the variant of a client's recurring membership. To move to the free Getting Started plan, cancel your subscription instead (see How to switch back to the free version?).
How do I downgrade my Zenamu plan?
Open the Plan page. On a computer, click the Plan button in the top bar next to your profile menu. On a phone, open the main menu and tap Plan. Only users with Administrator permissions can open this page. It isn't in Settings.
Click Downgrade subscription.
Select the new plan.
Your current plan will remain active until the end of the prepaid period. The new, lower plan will take effect right after that. Nothing from the current billing period is refunded.
What happens after I downgrade?
The Plan page shows the change under Scheduled changes, with your current plan and the upcoming plan and the date it starts. You can cancel the scheduled downgrade there (trash icon) before it takes effect.
The lowest plan you can downgrade to is Standard (Professional in currencies where Standard isn't offered). When there's no lower plan to move to, for example on the monthly Standard plan, Downgrade subscription is greyed out.
Once the lower plan takes effect, features it doesn't include stop working. For example, recurring memberships are paused when you leave Ultimate.
