How to manage a client who doesn't have a registration in Zenamu?

You can manage clients who aren't registered in Zenamu—even those without an email address.
Go to the Clients tab and click Add a new client.

Fill in the name and confirm that the client agrees to the processing of personal data.

Once added, you can fully manage the client from the admin panel—including adding memberships, booking them into classes, and canceling bookings.

For memberships, you’ll need to unlock the client and check the box "I know what I’m doing," because your client will never be able to make bookings on their own this way. It will always go through you (unless they take over the account later).

How can a client take over their account?
Simply add the email address the client used when creating their Zenamu account, and the accounts will be automatically linked.
