How to Enable Receipts
To generate receipts, go to Settings > Payments, enter your billing information, and enable receipt generation.
Receipt vs Invoice
If you're a registered business and not VAT-registered, you can choose the document type in your settings:
Receipt (simplified document) -- a simple proof of payment. Client billing information is not required.
Invoice -- a full invoice with client billing details. Client billing information is required for every order.
Issuing invoices is available from the Expert plan. VAT-registered businesses get invoices automatically.
When is a receipt generated and when not?
Receipts are issued for orders paid directly (by card, bank transfer, or on-site). If a client pays using a pass (credits or entries) or a membership, no receipt is generated for that order -- the receipt was already issued when the pass or membership was purchased.
No receipt is generated for price variants set to 0.
Where Can I Find Receipts for a Client?
In your administration panel, go to Order Management > Client Orders > Action > click the three dots > Download receipt.
Client billing information on the receipt
If your studio issues invoices (VAT-registered or a business that chose "Invoice"), the system automatically asks clients for a billing address during purchase. Clients can also manage their billing information in My Profile > Billing information.
If you only issue simple receipts, client billing information is not required.
In the order detail, you'll find a Billing address section showing the details saved at the time the order was created. You can edit them there if needed.
Where Can My Client Find Their Receipt?
Clients can download their receipts from the My Orders section after logging into the system.
