Can't find the option to download a receipt in your orders? The most common reason is that your studio doesn't have receipt issuing enabled or is missing the required payment and tax settings.
What to check first
Is receipt issuing enabled in your payment settings?
Are the studio's billing and tax details filled in correctly?
Is the order in a state that allows downloading a receipt?
How to enable receipt issuing
Go to Settings -> Payments.
Complete the required payment and tax settings.
Enable receipt issuing.
Go back to an order and verify that you can now download the receipt.
Common situations
There's no download button in the order detail
Check the order status and whether receipt issuing is enabled in your payment settings.
I only see a cancellation receipt, not a regular one
The order has likely been canceled. In that case, the cancellation receipt is the correct document.
Some orders have receipts, others don't
Receipts are issued for orders paid directly -- by card, bank transfer, or on-site payment. This applies to classes, events, passes, memberships, and gift vouchers.
If a class was paid using credits or entries from a previously purchased pass, or through a membership, there won't be a separate receipt for it.
Tip: After changing your payment settings, test with a fresh order to make sure everything works correctly.
