Create a membership like any other and assign it only to classes/workshops/courses within the desired period.
Don't forget to add an informational note to your membership — ideally in both descriptions (membership description and validity description).
Then add only this membership as a pricing option to your summer classes:
You can also set the expiration date from the admin panel after someone purchases the membership.
