In Zenamu, there is an important difference between deleting a client from your list and deleting the client's entire account. This article explains both procedures.
Deleting a client from your studio list
If you want to remove a client from your client overview:
Go to My Clients.
Find the client and open their detail.
Click Delete Client.
What happens after deletion
The client will no longer appear in your client overview.
In all their orders, they will be identified as Deleted User (without name, email, or phone number).
The client will lose any remaining purchased credits or entries at your studio.
Important: Deleting a client from your list does not delete their personal account in Zenamu. The client still exists in the system and can book your classes again. In that case, they will reappear in your client overview.
Deleting a client account
A complete deletion of a personal account can only be done by:
The client themselves — from their profile in the account deletion section.
Zenamu support — upon the client's request.
As a studio, you cannot delete a client's personal account. If a client asks you to delete their account, direct them to the article How to delete your account, or recommend that they contact Zenamu support.
What happens when a client deletes their account
The client loses access to their bookings, orders, and history.
Before deletion, they must cancel all their active bookings.
Some data may be retained after deletion as required by law (for accounting and tax purposes).
