Status "Unpaid"
When clients book a spot and don’t show up, it blocks places for others who would have attended. Even the Waitlist feature can’t help once the class has started.
You can now track no-shows and non-payers within your attendance records. If a client doesn't show up for a booked class without an excuse, you can mark their booking as Unpaid.
A client with a booking marked as unpaid will be highlighted in red in the system. This applies to:

Client Detail
In the client detail view, you can see all missed classes and unpaid bookings. This status can be adjusted retroactively.
You can mark the booking as Paid once the client settles their debt, or cancel the unpaid booking if there was a valid reason for their absence.
