What counts as 1 order?

What counts as an order?

1 order = 1 reservation (active = not canceled) for an open class, or 1 reservation (active) for a full course, or 1 reservation (active) for a workshop.

Why are courses counted separately?

A course consists of multiple sessions spread over a longer period but is booked all at once. If a client were to book it with you, it would suddenly count as several orders. This could result in needing to upgrade your plan every month when you offer new courses.

Why did we decide to limit our plans based on the number of orders?

It doesn’t make sense to limit you in the beginning—for example, by restricting the number of clients, the ability to offer discounted passes, accept card payments, or embed a schedule into your own website.

These are all things that can help your business and teaching practice grow.

As your number of orders increases, your practice grows and evolves. This system allows us to better tailor our services to your needs and ensure that with Zenamu, you get the support and features that match the size and dynamics of your business.
