What counts as an order?
1 order = 1 active booking (not cancelled) for:
– an open class
– a full course
– a workshop
Why are courses counted separately?
A course includes multiple sessions spread out over time, but it’s booked all at once.
If each session were counted individually, your order count would spike significantly every month you offer courses — which could force you to upgrade your plan unnecessarily.
Why do we limit plans based on the number of orders?
All plans include unlimited clients, card payments, and schedule embedding. Credit packs and entry passes are available from the Standard plan up. Plans differ mainly in the number of orders per billing period and in the advanced features they include.
Higher plans accommodate more orders and include additional features like advanced statistics and newsletter integrations.
