Multi-day courses and workshops (e.g. Saturday + Sunday as one block)

Updated today

If you organize weekend workshops or intensive courses lasting multiple days in a row, here's how to set them up in Zenamu.

Events and workshops

A workshop or event can be set to any duration — including an entire weekend or several consecutive days.

  1. When creating a new workshop, enter the start date and time (e.g. Saturday 9:00 AM).

  2. Enter the end date and time (e.g. Sunday 5:00 PM).

  3. The workshop will appear in the schedule as a single item spanning both days.

The client purchases the entire workshop with a single registration and a single payment.

Courses with weekend blocks

In a course, each date represents one session. If you have a weekend block:

  1. Create a course in the standard way.

  2. Add Saturday as one session of the course.

  3. Add Sunday as a second session of the course.

  4. Repeat for additional weekend blocks.

The client purchases the entire course including all sessions — both Saturday and Sunday.

Tip: Course sessions don't need to follow a regular interval. You can combine weekend blocks with regular weekly sessions in any order.

Intensive courses (multiple consecutive days)

For intensive courses lasting, for example, 5 consecutive days (Monday through Friday):

  • As a workshop: Set the start on Monday and the end on Friday. Best suited for a single continuous event with one price.

  • As a course: Add each day as a separate session. Best suited if you want to track attendance for individual days.

Limitations

  • Course sessions can be scheduled up to one year from the course creation date.

  • Workshops have no duration limit — they can last one day or an entire week.

  • Capacity is counted for the entire workshop/course, not for individual days.
