How to Add a Participant After the Course Has Started?

Sometimes a client shows up for a class and you want to retroactively add them to a course that has already started. Here's how:

  1. Click on the course you wish to manage.

  2. Click on the "Add Participant" button.

  3. Select which sessions you want to add the participant to.

  4. The price is automatically calculated based on the selected sessions.

How Do Make-Up Sessions Work?

When a client cancels a course session with enough advance notice, they receive one make-up session that can be used for another open class, similar to an entry pass.

How to Save Time When Creating New Courses or Workshops?

Once you’ve created a course, you can save time by using it as a template:

  1. Click the "Use as Template" button.

  2. Edit the new course as needed.

How to Split the Payment for a Course or Workshop?

How to Add a New Session to the Course?

To add a new session to a course:

  1. Click the "Add Course Session" button in the bottom right corner of the course details.

  2. Fill in the required details for the new session.

All existing course participants will be automatically added to this new session.

How to Cancel a Session in the Course?

To cancel a session:

  1. Click on the session you want to cancel.

  2. Click the "Cancel This Session" button in the bottom right corner.

  3. Enter a reason for the cancellation in the modal window, which will be emailed to your clients.

Depending on your agreement with clients, you can offer a refund, add a pass or credits, or -- the most common solution -- add a replacement session (see above), which will automatically include all participants.

How to Reschedule a Course Session to Another Day?

You can create a new session (all participants will be added automatically) and cancel the original one.

This way, the canceled session remains visible in your calendar, and your clients receive an email about the cancellation.

Since not every client may be able to attend the new date, be prepared to offer an alternative -- such as a refund, pass, or credits.
