If you’ve just linked your account to the Stripe payment gateway and already had some events listed, card payment wasn’t yet active for those events. You need to enable it separately for each existing class, course, or workshop.
Online Payment Methods Aren't Showing — Is the Price Too Low?
Online payment methods (card via Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay) are only offered to the client once the order total reaches the minimum charge supported by the payment gateway for the given currency. Below that threshold, the gateway can't process the payment, so Zenamu hides the option automatically and only payment on site (or bank transfer, if enabled) remains visible.
Minimum order totals for the most common currencies:
Currency | Minimum total |
CZK | 50 Kč |
EUR | 2 € |
HUF | 725 Ft |
GBP | £2 |
USD | $2 |
PLN | 10 zł |
RON | 10 lei |
SEK / NOK | 20 kr |
DKK | 15 kr |
CHF | 2 CHF |
What this looks like in practice:
A class priced at 1 € — card and PayPal will be hidden (below 2 € minimum). Client sees only on-site payment options.
A workshop priced at 30 Kč — card and PayPal will be hidden (below 50 Kč minimum).
A class priced at 250 Kč — all online methods work normally.
Tip
If you really want a sub-minimum price (e.g. a 1 € "donation" event), you have a few options: round the price up to meet the minimum, bundle the event with another paid item, or accept that only on-site payment will be available. The exact limits come from Stripe and can change over time — see Stripe's official list for the most up-to-date values.
