How to Have 2 Separate Studio/Freelancer Accounts

How to be able to manage each account with its own schedule.

One email address can own only one studio in Zenamu. To run a second, separate studio or freelancer profile with its own schedule, clients and settings, register it with a different email address. If you only need another room or venue for the same studio, don't create a second account: add a location instead (see How Do I Add Another Location?).

  1. Create your first account using your primary email.

  2. Create your second account using an email alias or a secondary email.

What’s an email alias?
Many providers like Gmail let you add a “+tag” to your email address (e.g., [email protected]). Emails sent to this alias will still go to your main inbox ([email protected]), but Zenamu will treat it as a unique account.

3. Once your second studio is created, you can add your primary email to it as an instructor with the Administrator permission, so you can manage both studios from one login. Zenamu has no separate "co-owner" role.

  • Log in with the second email and go to Settings › Instructors and collaborations.

  • Click Add and enter your full name and your primary email.

  • Under Extended permissions, tick Manager and then Administrator (the Administrator option appears after you tick Manager). Tick the GDPR consent and click Save.

Adding instructors is available on the Expert and Ultimate plans and during the trial. When your login has a role in both studios, the studio menu in the top bar lets you switch between them.
