Why don’t I see the “pay on site” option for entry passes or credits?

Why can’t clients pay for entry passes or credits on site?

Paying “on site” is not supported for entry passes or credits. This is intentional, as it would likely create a large number of unpaid orders. Entry passes and credits only become usable after the payment is successfully completed, so allowing on-site payment in the booking flow could confuse clients — they would place an order but wouldn’t be able to use it immediately.

If a client comes to your studio and wants to purchase a credit/pass in person, you can easily add it manually from the client administration see How to Add Credits, Entry Passes, or Make-Up Sessions to Your Clients.

This ensures everything is properly recorded and avoids the need to cancel unpaid orders or deal with inconsistencies.

For first-time offers (e.g. a free or discounted first class), we recommend using a promo codes. Promo codes can be limited to one use per client and provide a clean, controlled way to offer special pricing.
