If the liability waiver setting is enabled, clients are required to accept it when booking a class, not when purchasing products (credits, entry passes, memberships, or vouchers).

Clients can purchase any of these products without signing the waiver.

The waiver is automatically triggered at the moment of their first booking.

Whenever the waiver text is updated, clients will be required to accept the new version when they make their next booking.


I want a client to sign the waiver now — what should I do?

Simply ask the client to make their next booking. The waiver will automatically appear during the booking process.

There is no need to manually send or assign the waiver.
